Check whether the input type of the temperature controller matches the sensor.

The positive and negative terminals of the sensor input connection are reversed

Indicates that the input signal exceeds the range of the instrument. Please check the following conditions:

① The input sensor is damaged

② Whether the input cable is correct

③ Check whether the input type of the controller matches that of the sensor

The default return difference of the TCD series is 2 degrees and cannot be adjusted

Take bit controlled heating as an example:

When the displayed temperature value is lower than the set value, the green light ON is on, and the normally open point of the output relay is connected and the normally closed point is disconnected;

When the displayed temperature reaches or exceeds the set value, the red light is on OFF, the normally open point of the output relay is disconnected, and the normally closed point is connected.

TCD series is not allowed to modify the above parameters, please specify the requirements when ordering.
