What is the temperature controller alarm?

1. What is a temperature controller alarm

It is an alarm device on the Temperature Controller, used to warn of the set safe temperature range. Simply put, when the temperature digital inside the refrigerator is 0 to 10℃, if the temperature exceeds the safe range you set, the alarm will alert you in the form of an alarm, informing you that there is a problem ---------Commonly known as a monitor

2. Why do we have to use this "alarm"? Can't it be done without it?

It's really impossible without it. Its function is quite significant. I wonder if everyone has ever encountered the problem of whether the bread in a household oven gets burnt when being baked. Once this alarm is installed, it can accurately tell you if the temperature has gone out of control. The device will then sound an alarm for you, which can be stopped in time. Then we don't have to keep an eye on it 24 hours a day

3. How does it work?

Process: "Feel the temperature" - "Make a comparison" - "Shout for help" - "Clear the alarm"

We know that the thermostat is connected to a thermocouple, whose function is to sense temperature transmission and also to transmit control information. The brain of the thermostat is directly connected. It has a probe that senses the temperature of the device and transmits it to the thermostat. At this time, after the thermostat receives the signal, it compares it with the previously set temperature safety range to see if it is within the safety range. The thermocouple will transmit the received information to the temperature controller. If there is a problem, the temperature control will execute an alarm prompt

4. What are the common alarm methods?

Upper limit alarm: Here, the safety range temperature related to heating is 0-25℃. When the temperature exceeds 25℃, that is, heat, the alarm switch will be triggered.

Offline alarm: Here, the safe temperature range related to heating is 0-25℃. When the temperature drops below 0℃, that is, colling, the alarm switch will be triggered.

Range alarm: An alarm will be triggered within a certain temperature range

Upper and lower limit alarm: An alarm will be triggered when the temperature exceeds the upper limit value or falls below the lower limit value

An alarm is not a panacea. Sometimes, if the probe of the temperature sensor gets dirty, inaccurate temperature reading may occur, leading to incorrect alarms. When using a temperature controller, it is essential to check the circuits, sensors, and the temperature controller

5.FAQ

What are the differences and advantages between the dual alarm function and the single alarm function of a thermostat?

A single alarm can only monitor abnormal temperatures, while a dual alarm can monitor both abnormal temperatures and other issues

Single alarm upper and lower limits/range/alarm

Dual alarms not only have upper and lower limits/intervals/alarms, but in addition to monitoring the upper and lower limits of temperature, some dual alarms can also monitor "equipment failures". For instance, if the sensor is disconnected or there is a problem inside the controller, it will also sound an alarm.

What is the convenience of checking an alarm on a mobile phone?

When the temperature controller detects abnormal temperature or equipment failure, it will transmit the information to the mobile phone through the communication interface

What is the temperature deviation value?

Each thermostat has its own accuracy. Generally, the accuracy of digital thermostats is approximately within the range of ±0.1 to ±1%. This is the difference between the "actual temperature" and the "set temperature" -----. The difference is determined by the accuracy of your digital temp control for two temperatures
